• Serve Clients: Provide individual therapy to clients navigating trauma, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, scrupulosity, and couples concerns through a faith-integrated lens
• Collaborate: Work with the practice owner and team for consultation, case support, and ongoing professional growth
• Grow: Benefit from professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment that invests in your success
• Document: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our practice management system

What We're Looking For

• An associate-level or fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, NCC, or equivalent) in good standing
• Personal alignment with Catholic values and genuine comfort with faith-integrated clinical care
• A genuine desire to help others with a deep commitment to client-centered care
• Training or experience in trauma-informed approaches (EMDR, CPT, or similar a plus)
• Experience with perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, scrupulosity, or couples therapy a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment

Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a supportive team culture -Familiarity with Google Workspace and practice management software (SimplePractice or Jane App experience a plus)
