Front Desk Agent – Embassy Suites Boston/Waltham We are welcoming highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team at the Embassy Suites Boston/Waltham. This role offers a sign‑on bonus of $350, with an additional $250 after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests and taking sincere interest in their experience. Help resolve issues and implement recovery strategies to "WOW" guests when things aren’t quite right. Promote and sell special hotel programs. Assist other departments with information and support, maintaining clear communication with manager on duty. Follow set procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. Maintain house bank and be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Outgoing and engaging personality. Strong desire to make an impact on others. Computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation $21.00 per hour.
