Bioanalytical Chemist

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bioanalytical Chemist to support the analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics in a laboratory setting. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on analytical experience who are comfortable working independently while maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics Run instrumentation independently including LC, iCE, CGE, pH, and UV‑vis spectroscopy Prepare samples for analysis with minimum supervision Prepare standards and samples for analysis Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activities Apply knowledge of cGMP and LIMS Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent relevant experience) 2–6 years of hands‑on bioanalytical or analytical chemistry experience Experience operating chromatographic and spectroscopic instrumentation Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory environment Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship Preferred Experience with iCE (imaged capillary electrophoresis) Familiarity with CEX (cation exchange chromatography) and similar separation techniques Knowledge of compendial assays (USP/EP methods) Key Competencies Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Excellent documentation and organizational skills Understanding of regulated laboratory environments (cGMP) Position Details Full Time, Monday‑Friday, First Shift, Monday through Friday from 8 am‑5 pm.
