- Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00am-8:00pm

What You’ll Do:

Establish, monitor, update, and quality check all U.S. Customs and Canadian CANPASS clearances for international flight operations
Coordinate and manage international handling and logistics setups for assigned international flights
Track daily international flight activity, including departures and estimated arrival times, to ensure timely and accurate updates are communicated to Customs, supporting the efficient processing of flights
Accurately document all situations and deviations affecting flight activity to provide reliable information that supports informed decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

0-2 years of experience in flight operations; familiarity with Customs, CANPASS, and foreign travel requirements is a plus, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a results-driven mindset
Proven ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with Owners and crew members
Adaptable and composed in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
Culturally aware with a genuine appreciation for the diversity of both the employee and Owner groups
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating general technology platforms
