Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Bowie, MD – Field and In Office requirementsYour Responsibilities:Provide leadership for the Boiler Service and Boiler Projects organizationsDirect the Boiler Service Supervisor and Boiler Projects SupervisorDevelop and execute the annual business plan, budget, and operational objectivesOwn revenue, gross margin, operating income, labor utilization , and forecastingLead WIP reviews, backlog planning, and financial forecastingEnsure maintenance agreements, inspections, emergency response, and repair work are completed safely and on timeOversee execution of boiler replacement, retrofit, shutdown, and capital projectsPartner with Sales and Project Developers to support estimating, customer presentations, and strategic pursuitsMaintain executive relationships with key customers and resolve escalated issuesDrive technician recruiting, retention, training, and career developmentEstablish succession plans for supervisors and technical staffChampion OSHA, NFPA, and company safety complianceReview project profitability and implement corrective actionsDevelop standardized operating procedures and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate workforce planning, fleet, tooling, subcontractors, and major procurementConduct monthly operational reviews of safety, quality, financial performance, and KPIsPromote cross-selling opportunities between Boilers, HVAC, Controls, and Special ProjectsPerform other leadership duties as assignedYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Construction Management, Business, or equivalent commercial boiler/mechanical contracting experience8+ years in commercial boiler or mechanical service with 4+ years of leadership experienceYour Benefits:Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position.The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,200.00 - $164,200.00 in Maryland.
