Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) at MOTOX Skin Science Job Description MOTOX Skin Science is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, patient-focused Aesthetic Injector to join our team. What You'll Do Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand patient goals and develop customized treatment plans. Create full face treatment plans that prioritize patient safety, education, and natural-looking outcomes. Educate patients on maintenance plans, skincare, memberships, and treatment packages. Perform aesthetic laser and skin treatments, when trained and authorized. Deliver exceptional patient care that encourages long-term retention, referrals, and positive reviews. Maintain accurate documentation, photography, consent forms, and treatment notes. Partner with the front desk team to maximize scheduling, rebooking, and treatment plan completion. Participate in ongoing education, clinical training, and team meetings. Follow all clinical protocols while maintaining the elevated patient experience MOTOX Skin Science is known for. Contribute to the wellness side of the clinic; experience or knowledge in that area of medicine is a plus. What We're Looking For Required Licensed NP or PA in the state of Maine. Previous injectable experience required. Excellent consultation and communication skills. Comfortable working toward performance goals including consultation conversion, patient retention, rebooking, and treatment planning. Strong attention to detail with an artistic eye for facial aesthetics. Professional, compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered. Positive attitude, coachable mindset, dependable, and team-oriented. Preferred Experience with aesthetic lasers and energy-based devices. Advanced training in facial balancing and comprehensive treatment planning. Experience with PRF, PRP, biostimulators, or other advanced injectable treatments. Proven history of strong patient retention and production. Passion for continuing education and helping grow the practice. Schedule 20–30 hours per week. 2 evenings and 2 Saturdays required. Reliable availability with a commitment to building and maintaining a consistent patient schedule. Ideal for someone looking to grow their career with a long-term opportunity.
