Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, and drive customer acquisition across the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both strategy and execution, and is passionate about using data to make smart business decisions.

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000/year + Bonus Plan

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data
• Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging across multiple channels
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, community events, sponsorships, and brand awareness initiatives
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with operations, sales, recruiting, and leadership teams to support company goals
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on marketing investments

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into marketing strategies
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or related industries
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of local marketing and lead generation strategies
