What You'll Do
- Conduct psychological assessments and screenings for inmates
- Collaborate with a dedicated mental health team, including psychiatrists and medical staff
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
- Make rounds in confinement areas to monitor inmate mental health
- Provide crisis interventions and counseling services
- Consult with staff to address behavioral escalations and mental health concerns
- Document and maintain accurate patient records
What You Need
- Current or pending license/board eligibility in Psychology
- BLS certification (or pending)
- Prior experience working in correctional or secure settings preferred
- Strong assessment and counseling skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
