Press Brake Operator Location: Columbus, NE Pay: $22.00-25.00/hour DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday Shift: 3:00 PM-1:30 AM Take Your Fabrication Career to the Next Level Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts? What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC press brakes to form parts according to blueprints and work orders Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints and bend charts Select appropriate tooling, punches and dies for production runs Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks Make program and setup adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Maintain tight tolerances and consistent part quality Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections Keep work areas clean, organized and safe Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with other fabrication duties as assigned Equipment You'll Work With 135-Ton Cincinnati Maxform 60-Ton Cincinnati Proform 400-Ton Accurpress What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of press brake operating experience Setup experience required Strong blueprint reading skills Experience using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges and other precision measuring tools Understanding of bend allowances, forming techniques and material characteristics Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience with Cincinnati and/or Accurpress equipment Technical certification or diploma from a trade or technical school High School Diploma or GED Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Stable full-time schedule Modern fabrication equipment Opportunity to work on a variety of projects Team-oriented manufacturing environment Long-term career potential Apply Today!
