ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kresha Brems - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient contributor to fulfill administrative duties and support my office in gaining and keeping customers. As an Intern with my office, your attention to detail, dedication to customer relations, and marketing-mindedness equip you for this versatile position. Your contributions as a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment can pave an entryway for growing your career and expanding your income.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads
• Follow up with those who have requested insurance information
• Schedule appointments and connect interested prospects with our licensed team members
• Keep lead information and call notes updated in our system
• Participate in sales training and learn professional communication skills
• Help our team with occasional marketing and lead-generation projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
• Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Sandy, Utah.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Bronze Tablet
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish
