As the salaried General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the store team, and achieving business targets. This salaried position will manage a complex, high performance, high volume, location based on annual inside sales exceeding $900k. You will create a positive and productive work environment, while maintaining the store's visual appeal and upholding company standards. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar leadership role in the retail industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.Sound business acumen with a strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.Proficiency in using computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and other retail-related tools.Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
