Graff Lab Studio, located in Central Islip, NY, is searching for an energetic and outgoing Assistant Studio Manager to join our team. What You’ll Be DoingAs our Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our studio running smoothly while creating memorable experiences for our customers. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction : Greet and engage with customers, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
- Team Leadership : Assist in leading and motivating our staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Event Support : Help organize and manage parties, workshops, and events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Hands-On Assistance : Set up for events, clean and organize the studio, and jump in wherever needed to keep the energy flowing.
- Creative Problem-Solving : Tackle challenges with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or environment.
- Is bubbly, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative setting.
- Loves working with kids and can bring enthusiasm to every interaction.
- Is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Enjoys being on their feet and staying active throughout the day.
