Clinical Director
$125k - $160kNack Behavioral Health
Compensation Range: $125,000-$160,000, depending on experience level, degree type, geography, and certifications/specializations. Company Overview Nack Behavioral Health provides individualized intensive outpatient (IOP) care to emerging adults (~18-35 years old) on college campuses who are experiencing primary mental health disorders. We partner with universities to offer an affordable, accessible, and high-quality option to their students who need a higher level of care than what university counseling centers can typically provide. With facilities adjacent to the campuses of our university partners, we provide most services in-person, using hybrid/telehealth services when necessary. Our services are also reimbursed by commercial insurance, which helps mitigate costs for students/families and universities alike. Nack offers a 16-week IOP curriculum with a comprehensive clinical model that consists of group therapy (3-4 days per week for 3 hours per day), individual therapy (weekly), and family therapy (semi-monthly). We work collaboratively with our university partners to refine our evidence-based, culturally informed clinical programming to meet the needs of their student bodies. Our clinical team consists of doctoral-level and masters-level licensed therapists, working alongside external psychiatrists. We firmly believe that excellent care is focused care. That is why we concentrate on serving the emerging adult population and treating primary mental health diagnoses. We prioritize hiring enthusiastic, capable clinicians; providing ample mentorship and training opportunities; maintaining an engaging team culture; and ensuring that our clinicians work in a supportive and vibrant culture with sustainable workloads. Position Overview The Clinical Director is an important leader within the clinical team of Nack Behavioral Health. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, the Clinical Director oversees the clinical quality, operations, scheduling, staffing, systems and processes, KPIs, and outcome measurements for an individual Nack facility. Skills Profile: The ideal candidate is a seasoned clinician with a developing leadership / management style, self-starter initiative to work independently, and operational versatility to maintain Nack’s clinical programming and standards of excellence to provide excellent care to clients while developing and retaining superior clinicians. Required Skills and Experiences: Strong proficiency in treating primary mental health disorders, including but not limited to: mood disorders, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, complex grief, emotion dysregulation, thought disorders, personality disorders, and trauma.
