This position offers approximately 5 hours per week and a starting pay rate of $16.00–$18.00 per hour . With the flexibility to schedule and manage your own store visits, this is a great opportunity to earn extra income while maintaining a schedule that works for you.

Your Territory

This route services store locations in Gaylord, Petoskey, and surrounding areas . Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

What You'll Do

As a Route Merchandising Associate, you'll work independently and travel to assigned home improvement stores to:

• Stock, down-stock, organize, and merchandise a variety of home improvement products.
• Build and update displays, set products to planograms (POGs), and complete seasonal resets and product changes.
• Install and update price labels, POP signage, marketing materials, and other promotional materials.
• Complete inventory counts, product orders, audits, photos, and required project reports.
• Keep products stocked, organized, correctly labeled, and presented according to project and client standards.
• Build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with store associates, management, and SRS team members.
• Manage assigned store visits and communicate promptly about scheduling, attendance, or anything that may impact required service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance with your name listed as an insured driver.
• Reliable personal vehicle for regular travel between assigned store locations.
• Smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and complete assigned visits within required service windows.
• This position involves frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, and climbing ladders, as well as regularly lifting and moving products or materials weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required. Paid weekday training is provided.
