Responsibilities Include:

• Leading daily branch operations
• Managing and developing team members
• Driving sales growth and profitability
• Maintaining operational efficiency and inventory control
• Ensuring excellent customer experiences
• Upholding company policies, standards, and culture

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience preferred
• Sales and operational leadership experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience.
