Responsibilities Plan schedules and dispatch drivers, monitor routes, and proactively plan to avoid delays or interruptions Helping keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse Answering calls, monitor emails, troubleshoot shipment issues, compile drivers' paperwork, and ensure our customers are serviced in a timely manner Coordinate with customers and drivers for timely pick‑ups and deliveries Receiving and cataloging merchandise for delivery or return Collect products from the warehouse and safely loading onto trucks and vice versa Guarantee both fuel and non‑fuel deliveries are being dispatched as efficiently as possible. Develop and inspire the safest culture possible throughout the facility. Work with safety department to make sure all employee trainings are completed timely. Guarantee product integrity is a continued focus.
