Director of Clinical Services Home Health RNPrimary Location: New Port Richey, FloridaThe Director of Clinical Services Home Health will oversee the operations of our home health agency in New Port Richey, FL, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations. In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the provision of clinical and non-clinical services. Manage clinical operations, services, personnel, and office operations.QualificationsRN license requiredRequired to have and maintain a valid clinical license, per state requirements, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for a compact nurse license.Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the vice president operations or regional presidentRequired to have previous experience practicing under the professional license for this position.Required to have minimum of two years of nursing experience within the immediate previous 36 months.Required to have minimum of one year of experience with home health.Required to have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.Required to have and maintain CPR certification, as required by position.Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residenceRequired to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by lawRequired to have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.Preferred previous experience in a management position.Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to facilitate clear communication with patients and caregivers, improve service delivery, and support positive patient outcomes.Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition and be able to safely drive in all types of weather conditions.Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel.Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
