Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) / LCSW-C

ABOUT ROSIE'S RECOVERY CENTER Rosie's Recovery Center is seeking Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) and Licensed Certified Social Workers-Clinical (LCSW-C) to provide clinical social work services across our substance use, mental health, and psychiatric rehabilitation programs. LCSW-C candidates bring independent clinical practice capability and may be eligible to supervise LMSW staff. LMSW candidates will receive formal supervision toward LCSW-C licensure. Both are valued and needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to individualized treatment and rehabilitation planning Provide case management and care coordination, connecting clients to housing, benefits, employment, and community supports Collaborate with psychiatry, PRP staff, SUD counselors, and external providers Complete all clinical documentation within required timeframes per COMAR, TJC, and 42 CFR Part 2 Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and quality improvement activities Support PRP-A participants in community integration and skills development as needed Comply with all mandatory reporting requirements under Maryland law LCSW-C: May provide clinical supervision to LMSW staff as authorized. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active LMSW or LCSW-C license — Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners (required) Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program Clinical experience in behavioral health, substance use, or community mental health preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and case management skills Knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and Maryland COMAR regulations Commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in SUD treatment, co-occurring disorders, or psychiatric rehabilitation Familiarity with ASAM criteria and SUD treatment level-of-care determinations Experience in a Joint Commission-accredited or Community Mental Health Center environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Rosies Recovery Center
