Senior Product Designer

Pay rate: $70/hr-$80/hr We’re seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join our Application Development team. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, proactive in problem‑solving, and passionate about creating intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Science teams to design structured, elegant interfaces that support complex analytical workflows. What You’ll Do Design decision‑support systems that enhance the use of analytics across the organization Translate project requirements into user‑centric design solutions Create intuitive interfaces and user experience flows for custom analytical applications Develop low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes and convert them into actionable technical requirements Produce wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to communicate design intent Collaborate with Data Science teams to visualize complex models and insights in meaningful ways Conduct user research and partner with product owners to understand business needs Work with engineering teams to evolve and maintain component libraries and design systems Advocate for user needs and influence product strategy and roadmap decisions Onsite 4x/week during onboarding (first few weeks/month or two), then hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite) Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, or related field 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer Advanced proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto‑layout, collaborative workflows) Experience integrating AI‑assisted tools into design workflows Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles Experience designing data‑dense interfaces (dashboards, visualizations, analytical tools) Experience with user testing and iterative design Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts into intuitive experiences Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non‑technical audiences Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications – How to Stand Out Experience with Figma Dev Mode, variables, and design system governance Experience using AI tools for design exploration, research synthesis, or accessibility checks Experience building and scaling design systems Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards Familiarity with data science concepts or ML‑driven product design Experience with motion/interaction design and micro‑interactions Experience working within agile development lifecycles Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front‑end concepts Experience in entertainment, digital media, or related industries Familiarity with emerging design and prototyping technologies Strong experience in product web design required Figma expertise is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
