• Pay Range of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

As a Hospice Aide, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Providing personal care: bathing, oral hygiene, hair care and skin care
• Assist in dressing and undressing patients
• Assisting in feeding the patient
• Taking and recording oral, rectal and axillary temperatures, pules, respiration and blood pressure
• Assisting in ambulation, transfers and/or range of motion exercises
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways

A few must-haves for our Private Duty Companions:

• CNA License (Kansas)
• Valid Kansas driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• CPR certification  
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
