This position is ideal for dependable drivers who enjoy consistent routes, physical activity, predictable schedules, and the stability of a dedicated account serving customers throughout Texas and neighboring states.

The CDL Solo Driver will support dedicated transportation operations by safely delivering freight while maintaining exceptional customer service and full DOT compliance. Drivers will operate modern sleeper tractors equipped with automatic transmissions while transporting dry freight across established delivery routes.

Transportation Operations

• Safely transport freight while maintaining on-time delivery performance.
• Operate dedicated routes primarily throughout Texas and surrounding states.
• Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required transportation documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, operations, and customer locations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally.

Freight Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated dry freight utilizing roller unloading systems.
• Safely unload freight at delivery locations using rollers.
• Complete approximately two to three loads each week.
• Perform approximately two to six delivery stops per load.
• Average approximately 1,600 miles each week.
• Support deliveries throughout Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
• Maintain safe freight handling practices throughout each assignment.

Compensation:

• 10 Immediate Openings
• Weekly Earnings: Up to $1,666
• Annual Earnings: Up to $86,646
• Mileage Pay

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Safe driving history with commitment to DOT compliance.
• Ability to safely unload freight using roller systems.
• Ability to perform multiple delivery stops during each route.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Stable employment history.
• U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Previous dedicated account experience.
• Experience delivering dry van freight.
• Experience performing multi-stop deliveries.
• Experience operating automatic transmission tractors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
