Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you will be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operating radiation detection and imaging equipment. The technologist will support radiologists in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and will be responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT, or associate/bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology.
• Current state Nuclear Medicine license or certification issued by CDPH, ARRT, or NMTCB in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Current BCLS certification.
• At least one year of acute clinical radiology experience and one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Proficient computer skills and experience processing/transmitting images to PACS.
• CT/Fusions certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience in hospital-based nuclear medicine environments.

• Days 0700-1500.
• Position located in Passaic, NJ at a hospital facility.
