Logistics CoordinatorLocation - Nashville, TN (Hybrid/Office-based with limited work-from-home as approved)Schedule - Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (occasional overtime as needed)Department - Logistics / OperationsReports To - Logistics ManagerTravel - 0–5% as neededAbout the RoleThe Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations by managing route planning and providing frontline support to our field-based workforce. This position splits time between developing and maintaining optimized service routes to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness and serving as primary contact for field staff to ensure smooth execution of service activities.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where analytical thinking and real-time problem solving are essential. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with logistics and routing software, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between office and field operations.What You'll DoWork closely with Regional Service Managers "RSM" to ensure all field needs are being met. This will include weekly meetings with the RSM.Use problem solving in a fast-paced environment to provide support to technicians in the field. This includes assistance with route adjustments, work order application, purchases, and general questions.Oversee an assigned region of the United States to build routes that meet the customer requirements while optimizing efficiency.Follow key performance metrics for measuring route efficiency and fleet performance.Coordinate equipment schedules for standard and special services.Work in various customer portals and process documents.Collaborate with customer service to ensure customer work schedules meet contractual guidelines.Participate in and drive continuous improvement opportunities targeting cost reduction, service enhancements and improved safety in collaboration with Field Management and Production.Other tasks may be assigned as needed.What We Are Looking ForPrevious experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination a plusStrong organization, time-management, and follow-through in a deadline-driven environment.Clear, professional communication and comfortable working cross-functionally.Experience with CRM/ERP or proprietary operational systems is a plus.Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field).Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
