In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a B2B sales environment. You will engage with customers, promote products, and ensure a positive sales record. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Pays base salary + commission + bonus

Duties

· Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

· Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue

· Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.

· Research local markets and pinpoint potential business leads, then develop strategies to broaden our outreach and bring in new customers.

· Effective training methods are vital to providing our sales representatives with the tools they need to meet monthly sales goals.

· Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

· Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or during follow-up calls.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales strategy.

Experience

· Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred.
