Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide care during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases for neonates, adolescents, and adults.

- Conduct fetal monitoring and recognize abnormalities in fetal heart patterns.

- Administer obstetric medications and assist with procedures related to labor and delivery.

- Manage neonatal care, including assessments and resuscitation as necessary.

- Support breastfeeding and lactation as part of postpartum care.

- Participate in rapid response and code situations as needed.

Compliance / Notes:

- Orientation: 36 hours

- Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period

- Must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

- Pre-approved time off: one

- Charting: Epic
