Area Therapy Advancement Manager (Frontier Region) Johnson and Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology

Job Summary: Area Therapy Advancement Manager (ATAM) – US Commercial Marketing. Leads the area Therapy Advancement field team (RTAMs) and is responsible for developing and overseeing Electrophysiology (EP) marketing strategy execution to expand patient access to cardiac catheter ablation. Leads area execution strategies and optimizes resources with Professional Education, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA), and Strategic Customer Group (SCG). Key Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and develop RTAM team (recruit, coach, performance management, succession/development planning). Drive strategic alignment and business planning; define commercial goals and ensure accountability. Advocate for EP programs with health system administration/hospital leadership to accelerate access and improve outcomes. Increase awareness of atrial fibrillation (AFib) and related treatments; connect physicians with marketing initiatives; plan/execute national campaigns. Collaborate with field sales; maintain routine communication to ensure consistent execution. Ensure Health Care Compliance (HCC) adherence; complete required training and administrative tasks. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Required: 8+ years professional experience; 4+ years sales/marketing. Medical device industry experience; people leadership experience. Strong presentation/communication; consultative customer relationship building. Advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook. Valid driver’s license; up to 60% travel; residence within or willingness to relocate to geography. Preferred: Prior electrophysiology sales/clinical experience.
