Marketing Specialist

Capitol City Produce is looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing, not staying in just one lane. From graphic design and social media to photography, video, events, email marketing, and digital content , this role will help bring the Capitol City Produce brand to life. What You’ll Do Create engaging graphics, promotional materials, and point-of-sale content Develop content for social media, email campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing Capture and edit product, event, employee, and customer photography Create short-form videos, Reels, testimonials, and customer highlights Support website and online product content Help plan and execute company, customer, community, and industry events Partner with Sales, Procurement, suppliers, and other teams on marketing initiatives Support internal communications, signage, and other creative projects 2+ years of professional marketing, communications, content creation, or graphic design experience Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative platforms Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred Strong social media and content creation skills Photography and short-form video experience Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Availability for occasional evening and weekend events What Makes This Role Different?
