Junior Accountant

We're partnering with a growing organization in South Florida to find a Junior Accountant to join their finance team. What You’ll Do Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Support month‑end and year‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist with financial reporting Help prepare bank reconciliations and expense reports Assist with audit preparation and documentation Support budgeting and variance analysis under the guidance of senior accounting staff Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 0–2 years of accounting experience (internships welcome) Working knowledge of Excel and general accounting principles (GAAP) Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Eager to learn, coachable, and a clear communicator Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Apply Direct mentorship from experienced accounting and finance leaders Clear path for growth within the organization Hands‑on exposure across multiple areas of accounting To apply, send your resume or reach out directly to learn more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talon HeadHunters Formerly HRX HEADHUNTERS
