Patient Flow Coordinator

Essentia Health is seeking a Patient Flow Coordinator to support safe, efficient movement of patients through our facilities. In this role, you’ll monitor bed availability, coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, and collaborate closely with nursing, providers, and registration teams. You will update electronic health records, prioritize urgent needs, and communicate clearly with clinical staff and families. This position supports Essentia’s mission of patient-centered care by reducing delays, improving patient experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations across care settings.
