In office Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:0pm , location is San Marcos, California. Qualifications Travel between TrueCare locations in North County and in Perris,therefore a valid California Driver's License, proof of valid automobile insurance and a clean driving record is required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in nursing or ahealthcare related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in a healthcare related field. Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a healthcare setting. Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience working with quality improvement. Experience working with quality improvement data and quality improvement methodologies (Plan Do-Study-Act, root cause analysis, etc.). Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Professional experience in community health. Lean Six Sigma Certification. Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification The pay range for this role is $80,850 to a maximum of $ 121,274, during the lifespan of this title.
