Furthermore, the Restaurant Manager is expected to build profitable top line sales by developing a team which delivers a great guest experience through operational excellence. The ultimate test of their success is the quality of leaders they are able to produce through their internal development system. Oversee Daily Operations – Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining Dunkin’ Brands and Company standards. Lead & Develop the Team – Hire, train, and inspire a team that delivers fast, friendly, and accurate service every time. Drive Sales & Guest Satisfaction – Implement strategies to boost sales, increase guest loyalty, and enhance overall performance. Ensure Compliance & Quality – Uphold food safety, cleanliness, cash handling, and security procedures.
