Hematology/Oncology Physician

- Location: Springfield, MA - Large Health System
- Reason for need or vacancy: Acquisition
- Start date needed/work schedule etc: November 2026 - As soon as licensed/credentialed (90 days, 120 if non licensed)
- Schedule: Most likely 4 10's
- LOA: 6 month to start, will extend from there.
- EMR system: Oracle
- Average # of patients per day: Since this is an acquisition, they are unsure of the facility's PPD, so please provide patient volumes you are comfortable with seeing.
- Most Common Cases: General Hem/onc
- Procedures: preferred but not required / bone marrow biopsy / aspirate
-Inpatient or outpatient setting or mix: We are anticipating only OP, however we may ask them to round in the hospital on days they are in clinic.
- Any OR time: No
- Age Range: Primarily adult
- Call requirements: They will take weekend call. It is only answering calls, they do not need to go back onsite.
- Support staff onsite: Full Support Staff. They will work alongside 2-3 other locum providers.
- Board Certification requirements/preferences: Must be True BE/BC
- Rate: Flexible based on availability
- Cover all travel - Flights, lodging, rental car. Have potential for long term furnished apartment.
- We cover license costs and malpractice insurance
- 1.5 Hours from Boston (major airport), 30 Mins to Hartford (major airport), 3 hour train ride to NYC
