• Minimum: 2 years of full-time Neuro ICU experience (not just general ICU)
• Note: Strong neuro critical care background is a must
• Epic required
• Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

• IV starts
• Neuro ICU patient care
• Dysrhythmia interpretation & management
• Blood product administration
• Central line care/management
• Continuous IV sedation
• CVA/acute stroke management
• External ventricular drains (EVD)
• ICP monitoring
• Post-neurosurgery management
• Care of ventilated patients
• Isolation precautions/PPE use
• Lumbar drain experience
