Dental receptionist / admin

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

• Check-in and check-out patients efficiently while verifying personal and insurance information

• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly, addressing inquiries with clarity and professionalism

• Provide patients with necessary paperwork and assist with any questions they may have

• Educate patients on treatment plans, financial options, and follow-up appointments

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments to optimize the office’s efficiency

• Manage the daily appointment calendar, ensuring minimal wait times and proper workflow

• Handle appointment reminders and follow-ups via calls, texts, or emails

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments

• Process and submit insurance claims accurately, following up on approvals and denials

• Collect and process patient payments, including co-pays and outstanding balances

• Explain treatment costs, payment plans, and financial policies

• Organize and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean and professional workspace

• Assist in inventory management for office supplies and ensure administrative materials are stocked

• Support office marketing efforts, including social media updates, newsletters, or patient outreach

full-time $22 - $26 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Work Hours:

• Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (3+ years)

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in a front office dental or medical setting

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable with dental software

• A positive attitude and a passion for outstanding patient service
