About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join an enterprise technology team responsible for designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support mission-critical business operations.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a leading global organization undergoing a major Salesforce transformation initiative. You'll work alongside architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to build modern cloud-based solutions integrated across enterprise platforms.

Location: Arlington, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and cloud platforms using APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define scalable data models and system integrations.
• Design secure and reliable data synchronization across multiple systems.
• Implement inbound and outbound API integrations.
• Contribute to Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and deployment best practices.
• Support enterprise security, user permissions, encryption, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Promote API-first architecture and modern integration patterns.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Scheduled Jobs and Service Cloud
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce data architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Own Backup (formerly OwnBackup).
• Experience with call center or contact center technologies.
• Knowledge of telephony integrations.
• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Salesforce certifications.
