Housekeepers play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities are clean, sanitized, and maintained to the highest hospitality standards.

Position Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, hallways, lounges, and resort facilities while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. This position works closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrivals and stayover guests

Make beds and replace linens

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, countertops, mirrors, and glass surfaces

Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors

Dust furniture, fixtures, and guest room amenities

Clean hallways, stairwells, lounges, restrooms, and public areas

Restock guest amenities, linens, and housekeeping supplies

Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns promptly

Follow all cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures

Complete assigned special cleaning projects as needed

Support fellow team members to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

Provide friendly and professional guest interactions at all times

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping supplies and equipment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Schedule

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

Day and Night shifts available

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed

Housekeeping operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform standards

Ability to use a two-way radio and WhatsApp for team communication

Ability to maintain an organized and fully stocked housekeeping cart
