Job Overview A law firm seeks an Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to collaborate with experienced attorneys on insurance coverage and litigation matters across Nevada and the U.S. Duties Work closely with attorneys and partners on insurance coverage and litigation matters. Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters. Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation matters. Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on various subjects. Communicate with clients and draft reports. Requirements JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada. 5+ years of experience in coverage and litigation. Experience in drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines. Experience in third-party and/or first-party claims. Coverage analysis and writing experience. Superior analytical skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
