Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week travel contract in Austin, TX. This role involves working in a dynamic and supportive environment, focusing on the health and safety of mothers and newborns.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
• Monitor and assess the fetal and maternal conditions using Novii, IUPC, and other equipment
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure safe delivery and postpartum care
• Assist with procedures such as C-sections, TOLAC, and cerclages
• Maintain accurate medical records and document vital signs in Meditech

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Valid RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
• Competency in EFM, SVE, and C-Section circulation
