Key Responsibilities

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM, with guaranteed 8-hour shifts.
• On-call duty: 1:2 rotation, with approximately 1 to 2 callbacks each month.
• Manage care for 5 to 8 patients per shift.
• Provide care for cardiothoracic surgery patients in various settings: clinic, hospital, operating room, ICU, and step-down units.
• Perform radial and endoscopic vein harvesting.
• Oversee ECMO, IABP, and Impella management.
• Assist in the operating room and manage ICU/step-down patients.
• This is an ongoing assignment.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $105.00 to $138.00. These figures are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations. The rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings such as overtime, on-call, and holiday pay. For specific details, please consult your recruiter.
