We provide a comprehensive Business‑in‑a‑Box platform that integrates revenue cycle management, accounting and finance, human resources, EHR support, payer contracting, compliance, supply‑chain logistics, and data intelligence. Overview: This posting is for physicians interested in establishing or transitioning into an independently operated medical practice supported by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure. Physicians own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. No prior business ownership experience is required. Physician Responsibilities: Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing with MedCBO support as required. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO: Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. Supply‑chain and vendor coordination. Requirements: MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred: Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location: Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation: Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
