Overview: This posting is for physicians interested in establishing or transitioning into an independently operated medical practice supported by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure. Physicians own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. No prior business ownership experience is required. Physician Responsibilities: Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing with MedCBO support as required. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO: Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting.
