UnitedHealth Group's Northern Arizona Hospice, part of the Optum family, seeks an Afterhours Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive hospice care to patients and families after regular business hours, including nights and weekends. You will triage needs by phone, conduct afterhours visits, perform eligibility assessments within 48 hours of referral, and document care while upholding the dignity and diversity of every patient. #J-18808-Ljbffr
