**Certifications and Licenses:** - **Required:** ACLS, BLS - **Preferred:** CNOR PLUS (certified perioperative nurse certification) - **Licenses:** Nursys, License/Certificate Verification **Experience and Skills:** - Experience willing to work in PACU, GI, Pre/Post. ENT, general, Ortho, podiatry, IR needed. - EPIC, travel experience **Shift and Call Requirements:** - Flexible shift times: 0630-1500 - Call: based on department needs - currently at every other day and every other weekend (Friday starting at 1500 and ends at 0700 Monday morning), holidays as assigned as needed **Additional Requirements:** - May float onsite where skill set is met or other sites within 40 miles. - Professional references and background checks required for onboarding. - Personal health history and physical health requirements must be met for onboarding. **Onboarding Tests and Requirements:** - Ascension Specialty Exam - Ascension Core Competencies - Ascension EKG Exam - Ascension Unit Specific Checklist - Ascension Epic Test-Out **Personal Health History Required for Onboarding:** - MMR - Fit Test - Hepatitis B - 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Varicella - Tdap **Professional Documents Required for Submission or Onboarding:** - Ascension Badge Photo - Driver's License/State ID - Ascension Profile - Ascension 2 Professional References - Ascension Criminal Background Check Results - Ascension Employment and Education Verification Optional: - Influenza Vaccine - Positive PPD-Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire - Health Statement - Hiring Manager Evaluation - Ascension Name Change Document
