Central Illinois Rheumatologist Opportunity

45 Minutes South of Champaign No Call Flexible Scheduling

Clinical Role

Permanent, full-time Rheumatology physician position
Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Rheumatologists
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule
Flexible options available, including part-time or creative schedules
No call ; may be contacted for critical patient updates only
Cerner EMR
Current team includes:
- 1 full-time Rheumatologist
- 1 full-time Advanced Practice Provider (joining imminently)
May be required to supervise APPs in the future as the practice grows
W2 position only
No visa sponsorship available
Open to 2026, 2027, and beyond for long-term program stability

Compensation & Benefits

$350,000 base salary + RVU production
$75,000 sign-on bonus
$100,000 retention bonus
