Escrow Assistant

Capital Title's Tyler branch is growing, and we're looking for an Escrow Assistant to join a tight, high-performing team. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a team of experienced, collaborative escrow officers closing strong volume, through the full lifecycle of residential and commercial closings. You'll open and process escrow files, gather documentation, prep closing documents, and coordinate signings from contract to close. You'll be a direct point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders, so clear communication, quick task-switching, and a calm, organized approach matter as much as accuracy. What we're looking for: Experience supporting escrow or real estate transactions, or a strong foundation you're ready to build on Ability to move between multiple files and priorities quickly without losing accuracy or consistency Sharp attention to detail in document management and data entry A team player who takes ownership, not just direction Notary commission, or willingness to obtain one Prior title industry experience is a plus, but not required if you bring the right mindset and work ethic.
