Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life. Supporting and collaborating with the nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care. Qualifications Needed for RN Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island/Compact. Evidence of completion of any state‑mandated training or compliant requirements as soon as possible after appointment. Vaccinated as a condition of employment per CDC guidelines.
