Principal Network Systems Architect

To support the deployment of NG911 network architectures, the full-time Principal Network Systems Architect will design, implement, and oversee technical architecture while ensuring compliance with industry standards, working both remotely and onsite as needed. Key Responsibilities Design and own end-to-end NG911 network architectures aligned to NENA i3 standards and state-level requirements Implement AWS-based network architectures and maintain hybrid network topologies for public safety answering points (PSAPs) Lead hands-on deployment of complex network architectures and coordinate with customer IT teams for successful go-lives Required Qualifications 10+ years in network engineering, architecture, or telecom infrastructure, including principal/lead-level experience Hands-on experience with AWS network architecture and deep knowledge of SIP/VoIP/telephony systems Strong foundation in IP networking, including routing, switching, and VPNs Proven experience with high-availability, mission-critical systems and NG911 architecture Certifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty or CCNP/CCIE are preferred
