• Deliver engaging, high-quality vocal instruction tailored to each student.
• Teach vocal technique, music theory, and fundamental musicianship, not just songs.
• Create thoughtful lesson plans based on each student's ability and goals.
• Prepare students for rehearsals, shows, and other performance opportunities.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents about progress and goals.
• Build positive relationships with students and families and be an active part of the school community.
• Assist with rehearsals, performances, and the overall operation of the school.
• Follow School of Rock's Code of Conduct, safety policies, and supervision requirements.

• 3+ years of professional music teaching and/or performance experience (combined)
• Strong vocal ability and knowledge of vocal technique.
• Knowledge of music theory and curriculum development.
• A genuine passion for teaching and helping students grow.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• The ability to connect with students of different ages, personalities, and skill levels.
• Enthusiastic, patient, flexible, positive, and professional.
• Resourceful, dependable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for part-time work, including evening and weekend hours.
