Senior Product Manager - Logistics & Delivery

Role Description

We are looking for a new Senior Product Manager - Logistics & Delivery to join our growing Product Team! This individual will report into our Product Management Team Lead and define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product squad, delivering solutions that align customer needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution while balancing technical initiatives with business priorities.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, vendor partnerships, and enterprise technology investments.
• Oversee the delivery of custom solutions, SaaS platforms, and complex system integrations.
• Translate business strategy into scalable technical capabilities to enable innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states:

This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 6 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET with flexibility
• Salary: $111,035 – $138,794 per year

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 7+ years of product experience
• A track record of independently leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end
• Experience defining and running A/B tests and experimentation (e.g., Amplitude)
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence, or equivalent tools, for documentation and scrum ceremonies
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment on complex, ambiguous, and escalated decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex insights to and influence senior stakeholders across departments
• Ability to multi-task, reprioritize, and actively manage project timelines and deliverables
• Exposure to applying AI/machine learning to commerce use cases

Requirements

• Experience building or supporting products for fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics operations
• Demonstrated ownership of commercial outcomes such as conversion, revenue, or P&L
• Familiarity with modern e-commerce platform architecture, including headless architecture, APIs, and enterprise commerce engines
• Hands-on data querying with BigQuery or SQL
• E-commerce industry experience
• Experience with design and prototyping tools
