Experienced - HVAC Service Technician | $30.00-$35.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience

Commission and spiff opportunities in addition to hourly wages

Work Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• On-call rotation approximately once every 4 weeks

Primary Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and repairs on light commercial equipment
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and tune-ups
• Explain repair findings and recommend replacement or upgrade options to customers
• Educate homeowners about available products and services while providing on-site service

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of HVAC service experience
• Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License or the ability to obtain once employed
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and routine service
• Knowledge of equipment start-up, testing, and system adjustments
• EPA Universal Certification
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
