Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist-Per Diem In-Home Services

$25 per hour

IQVIA seeks a mobile medical assistant/phlebotomist for per diem in-home services in Boston. The role involves educating healthcare providers on treatment protocols, managing customer relationships, and supporting clinical trial delivery across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

Identify and maintain target customer records within assigned geographic territory
Complete electronic monitoring and reporting systems according to program schedules
Organize group events to optimize program delivery and compliance
Maintain current technical knowledge of specialty areas and relevant clinical publications
Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, or high school diploma
Five years relevant experience or equivalent education and training combination
Proficiency with MS Office and customer relationship management software
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to deliver face-to-face presentations to healthcare customers
Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and local health service environment
Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
